1. How to charge the external battery itself once its completely drained ?

            - for MIPOW 2200, 3000, 4000, 5500 mAh PowerTube, it has a built-in male USB to enable charging by plugging it into any USB port on a PC/Mac. Alternatively, it may also be charged via a wall USB plug charger.

            *if the PC has a USB 3.0 port, the PowerTube could be charged whilst the PC is in standby mode.

          

2. How long does it take to fully charge the external battery ?

            - for MIPOW 2200, 3000 mAh, the charging takes about 4 - 5 hours.

            - for MIPOW 4000 mAh, the charging of the battery takes about 5 - 6 hours.

            - for MIPOW 5500 mAh, the charging of the battery takes about 6 - 8 hours.

            * the above duration are just estimates. The battery comes with LED indicators which will be fully lighted up once the charging process is complete.

3. How are devices charged using the external battery ?

            - for MIPOW 3000, 4000 mAh, it has a built-in 30-pin connector specifically to charge iPhones (simply remove the cap of the PowerTube). To charge smartphones of other brands, simply plug in the USB cable into the PowerTube's USB port.

            - for MIPOW 2200 mAh, use any of the included power tips and plug them into the devices.

            - for MIPOW 5500 mAh, just plug in the USB cable into its USB port.

            * the LED indicators on the battery will dim out accordingly when it is discharging itself.

4. How long does the external battery takes to fully charge the devices ?

            - Depending on whether the devices are left idle whilst charging, the charging process roughly takes about one hour and a half.
